I was only in Dayton for 2/3 of the month, but still managed to do some fun things around the region.
Seeing the Sunflowers

Right before heading out of town for a third of the month, we went to see the sunflower field in Yellow Springs. It was gorgeous and the perfect way to send off summer.
Shopping Around Tipp City

One Saturday, I met up with my grandma and sister to have lunch and shop around Tipp City. The Hotel Gallery is a destination in and of itself. It’s full of pottery and art pieces spanning three floors.
Hair Refresh at Ruby’s

I loved how my hair turned out at Ruby’s Salon in Troy. Lauren Noll does an amazing job making me look my best – I get so many compliments on my hair thanks to her!

Whoo Cooks for You – Glen Helen Raptor Center Benefit Dinner

My friends were kind enough to invite us to an amazing event benefiting the Glen Helen Raptor Center. It was so neat to see these amazing birds up close and get to learn more about them while dining outdoors at the Raptor Center in Yellow Springs.
Afterward, I sponsored the bird above, Odin.
Sunday at The Greene

For my friend’s birthday, we relived the days of our youth with a shopping day at The Greene one Sunday. It’s a lot like we remember – and the highlight is always the clearance shoe room at Von Maur.
Flying from DAY

We flew from DAY to visit family in Missouri and it’s looking better than ever – it’s still so easy to get around.
See where I went in August.
