June was a great month for shopping for my home especially. Here are some of my favorites.
Sequined Beret from Brim

Every time I stop by Brim, I know I’m going to find something really special and this visit was no exception. I picked up a very fun sequined beret that I love. I can’t wait to wear it out and about when I’m feeling especially 90s.
Books from Bonnett’s Book Store

When I was in high school, Bonnett’s was a frequent spot for me to spend what little money I had back then. I’ve been back several times over the years and it’s always like stepping back in time for me – it’s so great that it’s still here and still so much the same.

Bonnett’s is the kind of shop you want to spend some time really looking because there’s so much here, you could miss a book you’d love to own. I got a great stack of books that I’m having fun leafing through here and there.
Dayton Bracelet from Rabbit Hole Books

We revisited Rabbit Hole Books to pick up some cards one day and I spotted this cute Dayton friendship bracelet. I’ve already worn it about a dozen times – Dayton just goes with everything.
Painting by Etch

I am so in love with my first commissioned art piece ever, this amazing painting by Etch. You can read all about how it came home here. I know it will be a treasured item in our home forever.
Guest Towels from Pink Moon Goods

After hosting guests recently, I thought it would be nice to have a few better hand towels on hand for guests (I guess I’m getting to be that age!).

I remembered that Pink Moon Goods sells fancy Japanese towels so I took a look and fell in love with these pretty grey ones.
Big Candles from Desert Roots

I normally burn normal-sized candles around my apartment but I had been thinking recently that I’d love a larger candle for my kitchen counter because it’s sort of centrally located in the big kitchen-dining-living room space. Luckily, Desert Roots anticipated this and created mega 4-wick candles in Hotel Lobby and Palo Santo – both favorite fragrances of mine. I love them!
