From basic blowouts to updos and barber services, Tiffany’s on Third is the downtown beauty destination we’ve all been waiting for. I had a chance to attend the ribbon cutting for this chic blowout bar and take a look around.
The Services

Tiffany’s primarily offers blowouts. A blowout is a hair service that consists of shampooing and conditioning followed by styling. While common in many other cities, Dayton surprisingly has never had a dedicated blowout bar. That is, until now!
If you need an even more elevated look, Tiffany’s offers an updo option. The booking page explains that it doesn’t involve shampoo because they recommend second-day hair so the style has some staying power.

If you’re looking for a little more pampering, they offer dermaplane as an add on to another service or it can be booked as a standalone service.
Men’s hair cuts, shaves, and beard services are also available.
The Place

Tiffany’s on Third is located inside the Dayton Arcade in the North Arcade side across from the Hilton Garden Inn.
When you step inside, the decor immediately makes you feel a little more glamorous. The sparkling chandelier, the sleek granite surfaces, and the touches of gold feel sophisticated.

The layout is pretty simple with a wall of stylist chairs and arched mirrors. There are three shampoo bowls and a small waiting area.
The giant windows at the front of the space flood the salon with natural light.
The Details

Booking is easy online on their website.
I’ve heard you can even get wine with your service, which a fun touch!
Parking for Tiffany’s on Third is the same as parking for the North Arcade. There’s no designated parking lot or garage that’s specifically for the Dayton Arcade, but there’s plenty of convenient street parking and nearby parking garages.

Make sure to allot a little time to shop around the North Arcade! There are all kinds of shops, or you could grab a snack at Smales – it’s a great chance to check out what’s new!
And after your appointment, you could show off your refreshed hair at one of the Dayton Arcade restaurants.
I have waited over 10 years for Dayton to get a blowout bar so I’m excited Tiffany’s is here! And being located inside the Dayton Arcade? That couldn’t be more perfect!
