This month, we experienced a couple 60-degree, sunny days which helped make this February a little sweeter.
Romantic Valentine’s Dinner at Manna

Even though I went on the hunt for Valentine’s dinner reservations super early, I still had to pick between 4:30 or 8:30 at just about every restaurant I looked at. We decided on Manna at 8:30 and even though it was a little later in the evening than we would have preferred, it was a great time and the food was wonderful.

We split the house-made French bread and it was so good.

My boyfriend ordered cauliflower fritters and yuca fries.

I had the vegan mushroom bourguignon. It was smoky and delicious – I’d love to order it again. It was a flawless evening – and surprisingly affordable!

Dinner Inside an Igloo at The Foundry

It was a lovely time dining under the stars in the brisk, winter air at The Foundry’s rooftop igloo. We had plenty of food, plenty of drinks, and a lot of fun. My favorite menu item I tried was the raspberry gimlet. Isn’t it gorgeous?

Lunch at ReU Juicery

I was running around Troy (carefully, there was a ton of snow!) and decided to grab lunch from ReU Juicery. I picked the Tuscan salad and the Nurture juice, which made the perfect lunch after running errands.
Smoothies at Power Plant

On a pretty, sunny day, I decided to go pick up some smoothies for a late breakfast/early lunch at Power Plant. Do I have everything I need to make them at home? Yes. Was it still the right move to purchase smoothies someone else made? Also yes.
These are the Bad Date and Kali Dreamin’ blends.
Cocktail at Whisperz Speakeasy

I loved visiting Whisperz Speakeasy and the Whisperz 75 cocktail was tart and delicious. I can’t wait to try more great cocktails here. It’s such a gorgeous place.
