Hotel Ardent – coming in November 2024
Like the AC Hotel Dayton, Hotel Ardent is owned by a hotel chain (in this case Hilton), and has 118 rooms – a little large for a boutique hotel. However, the unique interior design and attention to detail will make this a gorgeous addition to Dayton’s growing hotel offerings. They’ll also run restaurant Bistecca on the first floor.
