Rad Vintage Curates Vintage Looks from Dayton’s History

If you love a good thrift find, you should definitely check out Rad Vintage.

The Shop

Rad Vintage started in Cincinnati’s Over-the-Rhine neighborhood and opened their second location in Dayton December 2025.

This place is a vibe – sort of a hang out space and vintage shop in one. The checkout counter has a DJ booth built in and when I was there, they were spinning records from Omega Music!

The Fits

Rad stocks plenty of vintage men’s and women’s clothing from the 1970’s through the early 2000s including denim, jackets, sweaters, shirts, and more. They also have jewelry and other accessories.

The most fun items to look through are the vintage shirts from Dayton’s history. They have shirts from Wright State, UD, Dayton in general, plus Bengals, Reds, and more.

I found a windbreaker and shirt from the 1982 Dayton River Corridor Classic – a half marathon that started in 1977.

The Details

You can try things on before you buy – they have fitting rooms at the back of the store.
