I write a monthly roundup for food and shopping, so why not entertainment? Here are some of my favorite experiences out and about Dayton from May 2025.
Surprise(ish) Birthday at Entropy Brewing Co.

My boyfriend turned 40 and we celebrated with a semi-surprise party at Entropy Brewing Co. in
Miamisburg. They offer a few reservable spaces for free and guests can enjoy a full bar, a delicious menu of food including vegan and vegetarian items, and a gorgeous setting for celebrating. It was an amazing, unforgettable party and I’m so glad our guests had a great time, too!

Cyclebar

My friend and I tried Cyclebar for the first time and it was fun! I don’t see myself giving up my beloved Rinse Cycle, but it was neat to try something new-to-me. The bikes don’t move side-to-side, which was different for me, and the set up was a lot like a theatre, which was neat and reminded me of what the studio at Peloton looks like on those rides.
Scene75

I had a chance to revisit an old favorite of mine – Scene75 – this month! It was a blast. It’s so much bigger since their expansion after the 2019 tornados.
Local Love Art Stroll

Some friends and I took the Downtown Dayton Partnership’s suggestion to walk around and see the murals, fountain, etc. all over downtown. I really like all the color and vibrancy these new additions bring to the downtown area.
