Between wine tastings and the Eudora Market days, I’ve brought home some amazing Dayton-made or sourced items this month. Here are a few of my favorite finds from shopping local lately.
Ciao bel Fiore – Floral scented candle
I took one whiff of Ciao bel Fiore’s Mediterranean Driftwood and Juniper scented candle and I knew I had to take it home – the gorgeous florals and perfect brass container were icing on the cake! The scent reminds me of the most luxurious beach hotel in the world.
Riley Street Merchants – Earrings
If you see me out and about, there is a very good chance I will be wearing Riley Street Merchant’s jewelry. I have a borderline obsessive collection already and it just keeps growing because Samantha keeps coming up with new designs and methods. These fringe-y gold friends will be perfect for going somewhere fancy.
Riley Street Merchants – Drawer pulls
I needed these drawer pulls for a project I don’t have yet – just in case I decide to start one! I love the idea of someday restoring a storage piece with these amazing drawer pulls featuring paint chips from historic Dayton buildings.
The Parlor – Wine
I am accustomed to coming out of a wine tasting with a top favorite wine from the evening, but in the past few tastings I’ve been to, it’s been an entire list of total winners with no clear front runner. So, I had to bring them all home, naturally. The Parlor is a great place to pick up a fantastic bottle of wine any time, but their tasting events are really great and informative!
