For anyone unfamiliar with the term, Galentine’s Day was coined by Leslie Knope, a character from the TV show Parks and Recreation back in 2010. She describes it as a day for “ladies celebrating ladies,” and it’s the perfect chance to show your gals how much they mean to you. It doesn’t have to just be for women, however. Feel free to celebrate Guyentine’s with your bros or Palentine’s with your non-binary besties.

Desert Roots’ Galentine’s Day at Saturday Studio

The second annual Galentine’s event at Saturday Studio (116 N Jefferson Street, 4th Floor) will be a blast with great local vendors providing permanent jewelry, hair tinsel, photos, tiny tattoos, vintage finds, and shopping.
Dayton Ballet’s Swan Lake
